1. Reservations & Booking Procedures

  • Check-In and Check-Out:
    • Check-in: 15:00
    • Check-out: 11:00
  • Accepted Payment Methods:
    We accept card payments, cash, and online payments. The method of payment will be determined based on the specific booking policy selected.
  • Booking Requirements:
    A valid government-issued identification (ID) is required at the time of booking and/or check-in. Guests are responsible for providing accurate information and fulfilling any additional requirements as specified during the reservation process.
  • Reservation Guarantee:
    Hillside Elegance requires credit card details to guarantee and pre-authorize your reservation. No initial charge will be applied solely for the purpose of reservation unless otherwise stipulated by the relevant booking policy. However, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards at any time prior to your arrival, particularly once the free cancellation period has expired.

2. Cancellation Policies

Non-Refundable Policy

  • Policy Terms:
    Bookings made under the Non-Refundable Policy are not eligible for cancellation, changes, or refunds under any circumstances.
  • Payment Requirement:
    Full prepayment is required for reservations at the non-refundable rate. The entire stay amount will be charged to your credit card upon booking.
  • Important Notice:
    Please ensure that your plans are final before selecting this option. In cases of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the prepayment will not be refunded.

Flexible Policy

  • Policy Terms:
    Bookings made under the Flexible Policy may be canceled free of charge if the cancellation is received at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  • Cancellation Deadline:
    If cancellation is made less than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will become non-refundable.

3. Occupancy & Conduct

  • Maximum Occupancy:
    Each room is allocated for a specified maximum number of guests. Any additional guests may incur extra charges.
  • Guest Conduct:
    Hillside Elegance maintains a strict policy regarding guest conduct. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted on the property. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Limitation of Liability:
    Hillside Elegance shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. Guests are advised to secure their valuables and make use of any in-room or front desk safes available.
  • Force Majeure:
    The hotel will not be responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling reservations or services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, governmental regulations, or other unforeseen events.
  • Reservation Alterations:
    Any changes to a reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. The hotel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hillside Elegance is located. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the reservation process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the corresponding locale.
